    News Releases

The cultures that make up the Grenfell Campus community will be celebrated through discussion, performance and cuisine.

"Each year during Multiculturalism Week, we try to focus on the diversity of the student population here on campus," said Patrick Arsenault, international student programming co-ordinator, Grenfell Campus. "Through our public activities, students, faculty and staff will highlight a little piece of their own culture and help to educate locals about places that they may have only heard of before. This will also be an opportunity for international students to learn about the culture of Newfoundlanders and Canadians as well. "

Students will perform culturally-traditional theatre, songs and dances from their home countries at the Multicultural Show to be held at the Rotary Arts Centre on Friday, March 23 beginning at 7 p.m. The show will also feature traditional dress and some international food sampling.
