Submit a Facilities Management Service Request
For campus members who do have a maintenance problem, there are many ways to contact the maintenance department. Please note that a detail email must be sent describing the problem. It will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a maintenance request.
Faculty, staff & students should use our online work order system email@example.com when routine maintenance service requests are required. We ask that 48 hours’ notice be provided.
By providing details directly through this process (rather than informal channels), we are best able to improve the manner in which we schedule time, people and resources.
When you submit an on-line request, you will receive an electronic confirmation which will provide you with a work request/order number. You will also receive an electronic update when your work order is complete.
With the exception of emergencies, which take priority, work orders are completed in the order they are received.
