1. Complete the application form

($100 non-refundable application fee will apply)

· Online application form 

A valid credit card is required to submit an online application.

2. Submit Admissions Representative Waiver (Authorization to Release Application/Admission Information to a Third Party form), if student wants you (agent) to have access to their application information.

3.Submit supporting documentation.

Notarized English translations of all documents are required if the official copies are not issued in English or French.

High School applicants

· Interim transcript (official or unofficial).

· Confirmation of current high school course registrations (if not included on the interim transcript).

· final official transcript (Upon completion of end of year exams)

· Proof of English Proficiency (to see acceptable forms of proof: http://www.mun.ca/regoff/calendar/sectionNo=REGS-0279)

· Students not meeting the English proficiency requirement must complete an Application for Intensive English Program (IEP)​ and submit any available test scores in order to be considered for undergraduate admission.

· Supplementary application forms are required for theatre, visual arts and nursing (additional information is required for nursing as part of the online general admission application).


 

Transfer Students

· Official High School transcript (unless a degree or three-year diploma has been awarded).

· Official, Final College/University transcript(s)

· Interim College/University transcript (if courses are in progress at time of application).

· Course outlinesif necessary (see further advice on linked page).

4. Submit on-campus housing application

Students can apply to housing prior to being accepted to the university.

 

5. Visit Canadian Citizenship and Immigration website to find out more about applying for a study permit to enter the country.

Scholarships

Students will automatically be considered for scholarships upon applying to Grenfell Campus, Memorial University. Scholarships range in value from $3,000 - $8,800.
