Resolving Conflict in Your Teams
Conflict in teams, if managed appropriately, can lead to innovation and creative problem-solving. Leaders play a crucial role in resolving conflict in their teams by empowering team members to develop solutions that stick.
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the sources of conflict in teams, leadership styles to use during team development and the benefits of using a problem-solving model.

The Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Job Grant Program provides financial assistance to private and non-profit employers to offset the cost of providing training to new or current employees.
