Validator Responsibilities

Roles and Reponsibilities of Validators/Supervisors

• Validators will provide information about activities to be included in the Activity Directory. 
  
• Validators will encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities and log their participation. 
• Validators are encouraged to review the activities they oversee annually, and make updates as needed. Updates can be submitted via email to cocurricularrecord@grenfell.mun.ca. 
  
• Validators are responsible for ensuring they complete all validation requests in a timely fashion. Email reminders will be sent.
