This program is currently offered at
both the St. John's and Grenfell campuses. However, the Faculty of
Education has decided to suspend admission to the Corner Brook B.Ed.
primary/elementary cohort for at least a year. This program is currently
under review. For further information contact the Office of Undergraduate Programs.
Bachelor of Education (Primary/Elementary) as a Second Degree
The Bachelor of Education (Primary/Elementary) as a Second Degree
is a 72 credit hour program intended for students who have completed an
appropriate Bachelor’s degree. This program is offered in a four
semester (16 month), full-time format and commences in the Spring
semester of each year.
In addition to meeting these regulations, students must also meet UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS - General Academic Regulations (Undergraduate) - Second Degree.
The Bachelor of Education (Primary/Elementary) as a Second Degree
requires 72 credit hours normally completed in the academic terms,
sequence, and course load as set out in Bachelor of Education (Primary/Elementary) as a Second Degree.
