My clinical experience in nursing is varied because I have worked in many different areas throughout my career. I define my clinical expertise as oncology and post-operative surgical nursing. I enjoy bringing my passion for patient care to nursing students.
My clinical teaching assignment involves instructing BN 2 students on the maternity unit and a surgical or medicine unit.
In the classroom, I teach NURS 2002 Nursing Concepts for Women and the Childbearing Family and NURS 1015 Health Promotion Across the Lifespan. I have taught NURS 3113 Nursing Leadership and Management
