Extended Learning

Mind Medicine: A Simple Path to a Healthier Mind

Have you heard of monkey-mind? Like monkeys swing from branch to branch our minds can swing from one area of focus to another, following a chaotic trail of thoughts. While monkey mind can feel chaotic, you can learn to train your mind to remain aware and alert no matter what's going on. You can quiet anything that is distracting in the background and only focus on the here and now. Your brain is the most powerful thing you have in the world. Everything you do, the feelings you have, and the results you create, are all caused by thoughts. When you learn to manage your mind, you'll be amazed at what you're able to create.

Join this class to learn:

  • Cutting edge tools for managing your mind
  • Improve your life in any area: relationships, health, emotional balance, career, grow happiness, money, weight loss, business, family life, etc.
