Student Housing Application
Deadlines: March 1 for fall semester; December 14 for winter semester
Applications received after the deadline will be processed once all other applications have been reviewed. Students are required to pay a $20 fee online during the application process. Upon receiving an offer for accommodation, students have three weeks to pay a deposit fee of $500.
There are a limited number of single/bachelor units in Student Housing for those students who have medical concerns or any accessible requirements that require alternative living arrangements.Students who have been accepted into Student Housing will only be eligible for a single/bachelor unit if they have a documented medical or accessible requirement.
Students requiring a single/bachelor unit will need to fill out the 'Application for Alternative Housing at Grenfell Campus' (see below) and submit this application by fax, email or by dropping the form off to the Learning Centre at Grenfell Campus.
