The following rules and regulation are guidelines and behavioural expectations that Grenfell Campus, Memorial University promotes to ensure the safety and security of our housing community. We expect residents to adopt a high level of respect for others, recognize the privacy and the need for safety and security; and appreciate the requirement for an appropriate atmosphere for effective student and adequate sleep.

There are a limited number of single/bachelor units in Student Housing for those students who have medical concerns or any accessible requirements that require alternative living arrangements. Students who have been accepted into Student Housing will only be eligible for a single/bachelor unit if they have a documented medical or accessible requirement. Students requiring a single/bachelor unit will need to fill out the 'Application for Alternative Housing at Grenfell Campus' (see below) and submit this application by fax, email or by dropping the form off to the Learning Centre at Grenfell Campus.
