This residence offers rooms that come equipped with one regular sized single bed with storage space, a closet, a large mirror, and a desk/chair unit in a private bedroom. Each room space also includes phone service with voicemail, network and internet access, and utilities. That bedroom shares a washroom, a cabinet, and a full-sized refrigerator with another bedroom. Other services include a fully equipped shared kitchen, lounge area, and on-site laundry facilities.

- Bathroom Supplies

- Fused Power Bars (CSA Approved Only)

not bring the following items to the Residence Complex:
- Appliances with heating elements (toasters, deep-fat fryers, microwaves, kettles etc…)
- Mini bar fridge or deep freezer
- Candles and incense
- Material promoting drug paraphernalia
- Extension cords
- Pets (fish in small tanks permitted,)
- Explosives, ammunition, fireworks, firearms or any kind of weapon
- Large furniture (dresser, cabinets, etc…)
- Long mirrors attached to walls
- Halogen lamps
- Shelving or hooks that require nails, hooks, etc.
